Building Healthy Communities Eureka Springs is a volunteer organization. Our mission is to provide education and ongoing support about how to adopt and sustain plant-centered eating habits. We strive to build a "community of health" based on the practice of whole food, plant-based (WFPB) food choices, i.e. whole grains, legumes, vegetables, and fruits, and with minimal processed foods, sugar, oil, and salt.

Building Healthy Communities Eureka Springs is part of the Action Network of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. As such, we are dedicated to saving and improving human and animal lives through plant-based diets, while creating a healthier world in which health and compassion are central values.
