The villa is situated on a hill, outside the village, in a quiet residential area, surrounded by vineyards and woods. The center of Vaison la Romaine with all shops, services, numerous restaurants, and its Tuesday market is also within walking distance (2 km to Place Montfort).
About Our Villa
The villa is approximately 2,350 square feet featuring a spacious living/dining room with a large table for 12, a cozy lounge area with a big sofa, 2 armchairs, 2 poufs, a coffee table, and TV, all enhanced by large windows that open onto a terrace with a stunning view of Mont Ventoux. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas stove (5 burners), 2 vitroceramic hot plates, an oven, integrated fryer, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher, as well as a range of appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, blender, grinder, citrus press, toaster, and electric knife. The utility room includes an American fridge, an additional fridge and freezer, washing machine, dryer, ironing board, steam generator, and a large cupboard reserved for guests.

The villa features a Smart TV with internet, Netflix, BlueRay player, and HiFi system in the living room. High-speed WIFI (50 to 100 Mbps) is available throughout the interior and on the terraces, and all bedrooms and the living/dining room are equipped with air conditioning. Each bedroom has 27 cm mattresses, extra blankets, and pillows, while all bathrooms include a hairdryer. Additionally, an electric grill with utensils and gloves is provided on the covered terrace. There is a pool house with WC, shower, fridge, and table football, and a pétanque court and table tennis on the side grounds.
